These Terms and Conditions of Trade are the terms on which CC. Apparel (CC.) located at 15 Harmonia Court, Nascot Wood Rd, Watford, WD17 4BT provide merchandise (“Goods”) to you (“You”/”Your”) as a consumer via our web sites, including, without limitation: www.CC.Apparel.com and any additional shopping sites that we may create from time to time to purchase product and also as a resource for information and entertainment (collectively the “Web Sites”).

For the sake of clarity and avoidance of doubt, only sites owned and operated by Us are subject to this Terms and Conditions of Trade policy (the “Terms and Conditions of Trade”). Your access to and use of the Web Sites is governed by CC.’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

You may keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions of Trade for future reference. Print or download and save them. We will file a copy of any Orders made by You.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Trade carefully before ordering. You should understand that by ordering Our Goods, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Trade.

2. OUR CONTRACT

2.1 Your order (“Order”) constitutes an offer to Us to buy the Goods you select via your Order on the Web Sites. All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Us. We will send You an email acknowledging receipt of Your Order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance by Us. The contract for purchase of the Goods is agreed and accepted by Us only when We send You an email dispatch confirmation.

3. ORDERING

3.1 Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur CC. cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

4. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

4.1 CC. Apparel returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of your original invoice before sending any item back. Any product without a valid invoice number, not in its original state, damaged, soiled or worn will not be refunded. We aim to generate and process the refund with 7 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please note the above is only applicable to the United Kingdom, we are unable to offer any refunds to the EU or ROW.

5. EXCHANGE

5.1 If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 7 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, packaging materials, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and clear of any damaging scents. If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest using a service with a proof of delivery. CC. will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5.2 All shipping back to CC. is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.

6. NON-RETURNABLE

6.1 For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like), discounted or end-of-line products.

6.2 No returns or exchanges are accepted for sale/discounted items.

7. INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS

7.1 We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact CC. immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. For any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.

8. DELIVERY SERVICE

8.1 Due to the nature of our product release and limited edition production we do not offer a daily purchase system on our online store. Products are launched for purchase and then upon closure of the limited ordering window, the items are manufactured and shipped, we usually state a 3-4 week production and dispatch timescale. Once our products are logged into the fulfilment facility we will all orders as soon as possible via the Post Office or Tracked Courier Service using a 2nd Class Signed For service, this usually takes between 2-3 days (United Kingdom). You will be emailed once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

8.2 All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Signed For service or a Tracked Courier Service, which will need a signature and proof of identity, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point – see Royal Mail Terms and Conditions for further details.

8.3 CC. Apparel do not accept responsibility for any address errors made by the customer.

9. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

9.1 At present CC. Apparel sends goods globally however, addresses and areas subject to import duties and local taxes will be required to have the duty and tax invoices paid for by the recipient. These additional costs are not subject to payment by CC. Apparel.

10. PRIVACY NOTICE

10.1 This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Read the full Privacy Policy.

11. SECURITY

11.1 We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. CC. Apparel uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information.

11.2 During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes. (a) To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested. (b) To improve the content design and layout of the website. (c) To understand the interest and buying behaviour of our registered users. (d) To fulfil your orders.

12. CONDITIONS OF USE

12.1 CC. and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at www.hstlmade.com you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, CC. Apparel controls and operates this site from its offices and third party locations within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained. If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.

13. COPYRIGHTS

13.1 All content includes on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by CC. Apparel and are protected by international copyright laws.

14. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

14.1 CC. grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resales of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, product listing descriptions or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents including any downloading or copying of account information. This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial reason or gain without written consent from CC. Apparel.

15. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

15.1 CC. attempt to be as accurate as possible however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on www.hstlmade.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (Including after you have submitted your order). We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
